About the Speaker

Joanne moved to Las Vegas, Nevada from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, 10 years ago with her son and then met her partner, the love of her life! They have been happily together ever since. She had a Social Media Advertising business that she established in Canada and thought that she was going to do this in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Her business did take off but, something was missing. Helping people with their businesses was just part of the work she did. Her clients needed her for other things as well.

Joanne’s knowledge of health information helped many of her business clients. Joanne used her Social Media talents to volunteer for an online page for a non-profit called CEDSA (Center for Ehlers Danlos Syndrome). She truly learned how to hone her skills and started to use some of her natural instincts to help people. Joanne began to use her research to educate people on Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

Two years ago, Joanne decided that she would help people with their Medical and Social requirements. She went back to school and got her, “Certificate Program in Health Advocacy” from UC Berkeley Extension. She then opened what is now her business, “Bluebird Health Advocates LLC.”

Joanne is licensed and has the credential of “Board Certified Patient Advocate, BCPA. She is background checked and insured.

Bluebird Health Advocates LLC is an accredited member of the BBB Better Business Bureau in Las Vegas, Nevada.
